How many photographers come out on the wedding day?
We can offer 2 photographers for coverages if requested. Most of our packages include 2 photographers.
Do you have back up equipment?
Yes, we always have back up equipment and carry a wide variety of lenses & lighting equipment.
Do you offer albums?
We are known for our beautiful albums made in Italy. We also offer albums made here in Toronto. With our in-house album designer, we can make a custom coffee table book which will become a lifelong treasure.
When will our photos be ready after the wedding?
We typically finish colour-correcting & processing your files within 6 weeks after your wedding.
Do you offer an online gallery?
Yes, your online gallery is password protected & can be shared with family & friends. Your gallery will expire 1 year after notification. For an additional fee we can extend your gallery.
Are the photos we receive in high resolution?
Yes, you will receive 1 USB of your edited photos unmarked in high resolution.
How many photos do we receive?
With a typical 12-hour coverage you will receive a minimum of 800+ photos although we tend to give more depending on the sizes of families, wedding party & the size of your wedding.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Our passports are always kept up to date for travel. I have travelled extensively and as far as Pakistan for a wedding and have been to 55+ countries and all 7 continents. So wherever your wedding may be, I more than likely have been there before.
Are you available over the contracted time? If so, how much is your overtime?
We always give you the option to hire us past the contracted time. Our overtime is $350.00 per hour.
How does your payment policy work?
To retain our services we require a $1,000.00 deposit, 1 month prior to your wedding a 2nd deposit of $1,000.00 is due with the final payment due on the wedding day + taxes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard eTransfer, cash and cheques.
Can you put a hold on our wedding date?
Once we connect and have our 1st meeting to discuss your wedding plans we can put a soft hold on your date. This will give you the option first to hire us in case we receive an inquiry for the same date. Soft holds are for a maximum of 2 weeks.
What happens if you become sick and become unavailable for our wedding day?
If the photographer you select becomes ill & cannot photograph your wedding, we will use another capable team member for your event.
Do you offer video services?
We specialize in photography only though we are more than happy to recommend you to the best in the city.
Do you have insurance?
We have liability insurance to satisfy most event spaces if required.
If you are not sure about other services like wedding planners, decor, florists, entertainment etc.
Just ask us as we have worked with some of the best in the city.
How much are your packages?
Our packages start at $4,595.00 + hst for 12 hours of coverage. We can also offer custom packages to suit your needs.
